Welcome to Ilmagora!

These Ilmagora Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Ilmagora (collectively "Ilmagora," "we" or "our") regarding your use of the Ilmagora service ("Ilmagora"). In these Terms, "you" refers to you as an individual and the entity you represent. By using Ilmagora, you accept these Ilmagora Terms of Service.

Ilmagora is a platform that allows you to interact with multiple third-party AI models through a seamless chat interface with memory and model switching. You can use Ilmagora for various purposes, such as learning, writing assistance, translation, programming help, summarization, entertainment, and more. Ilmagora provides access to various third-party AI models, but does not provide and is not responsible for the content or services provided by these models.

1. An Open Platform for Knowledge Exploration (Ilmagora)

Ilmagora is an agora of "ilm" (knowledge), offering a multi-model AI chat for laypeople, with flagship models like GPT-5, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and others. It features seamless model switching in conversations and memory across interactions. Ilmagora may evolve to include social features where like-minded people connect via AI searches, but currently focuses on individual knowledge access. Usage guidelines are available in your settings or at [ilmagora.com/usage_guidelines]. Ilmagora is a platform that routes your prompts to third-party AI providers, but we are not responsible for their outputs.

2. Age Requirements

Use of Ilmagora by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or, if not, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms and affirm that they accept them on your behalf and assume responsibility for your use of Ilmagora. AI models accessible via Ilmagora may produce content that is not suitable for minors. If you accept these Terms on behalf of someone else or an entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Your Use of Ilmagora

3.1. Use of Ilmagora

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ilmagora and its AI models.

3.2. User Confirmation

You acknowledge and accept the following:

  • AI models accessible via Ilmagora should not be used in emergencies. Outputs may claim to perform actions but may have taken no action other than responding;
  • AI models may not generate accurate information and the information provided may be outdated. You must independently verify responses or advice. Ilmagora provides no warranty as to the accuracy of information obtained via Ilmagora;
  • Ilmagora and its AI models are subject to change and may contain errors, design defects, or other issues;
  • Use of Ilmagora may result in unexpected results, data loss, or other damages;
  • Ilmagora may not function properly, may not be finalized, or may not be fully functional; your access is not guaranteed and provided AS IS;
  • AI models on Ilmagora may be subject to usage limits, expressed in messages or computed tokens. These limits reset periodically. Unused limits do not rollover. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-refundable. You can view your usage in settings.

3.3. Restricted Uses

You agree not to use Ilmagora or its AI models to:

  • Infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law;
  • Violate any of these Terms, our policies, or the policies of third-party AI providers, available in model descriptions;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of Ilmagora's systems or underlying AI models;
  • Abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt Ilmagora, for example by introducing malware, spamming, hacking, or bypassing protections;
  • Use Ilmagora in an automated way, exceeding rate limits;
  • Use Ilmagora to develop competing products or models;
  • Extract data from Ilmagora via scraping or unauthorized methods;
  • Claim that AI-generated content is human-generated.

3.4. Feedback

We invite feedback on improving Ilmagora. By submitting, you grant us the right to use it freely without compensation.

4. Your Content

4.1. Your Content

Ilmagora allows you to input prompts, share conversations, and receive outputs. All content you upload or input, as well as AI-generated responses ("AI-Generated Content") are "Your Content."

Other users may receive similar outputs. Their content is not yours.

4.2. Ownership

You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to rights granted below.

4.3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for Your Content, ensuring it does not violate laws, these Terms, our policies, or third-party AI policies.

We may remove Your Content if it violates these.

4.4. Our Use of Your Content

We may use Your Content to provide and improve Ilmagora, including routing prompts to AI providers, making shared content visible, promoting it, and analyzing usage.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual license for these purposes.

5. Termination

You may stop using Ilmagora by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms, policies, or laws, or for inactivity over one year (with notice). Surviving provisions include Feedback, Your Content, Termination, Disclaimers, and General.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on personal information handling. Prompts are routed to third-party AI providers anonymized where possible. Do not share sensitive info.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ILMAGORA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE USE.

8. General

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes resolved in French courts. We may update Terms with notice.
